If you find a bug, please do report it. We take bugs very seriously, and will make every attempt to fix it as quickly as possible. It will help us greatly if you follow these guidelines:

• Make sure that you are using the latest version of Macs Cue. The bug may already be fixed!
• Please read the help files to make sure that your bug is not a well-known problem. For instance, Macs Cue cannot read protected AAC files.
• Please include detailed instructions on how to reproduce the bug, and the effect (symptoms) of the bug.
• Include the version of your operating system and the type of Mac you were using.
• If the bug causes a crash of Macs Cue, please include the crash log generated by the system. This is a file called Macs Cue.crash.log, and can be found in the folder ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/.

Feel free to send in feature requests as well. Special dispensation will be given to anyone who can figure out where the name "C.L.Gizmos" comes from.
